I am very excited to be able to offer Creative Relaxation as a means of overcoming anxiety, phobias, sleep problems and family stresses.
I will introduce you to visualisation and include various techniques during the 6 sessions.
I have used Creative Relaxation in Primary School classes especially leading up to exam times as a method of calming prior to tests, dentists, interviews and other stressful situations!!
