What is Coaching?
Coaching is a means of allowing you, a client to set goals which will focus on an aspect of your work, life, wellbeing, dreams etc. and will help you to achieve your goal more quickly than if you do it alone. You are in charge of your destiny!
What happens in a coaching session?
The first session consists of a less formal chat and for the coach and client to get to know each other a bit and to set group rules for coaching. We will work together to establish an achievable goal.
Subsequent sessions follow a set pattern and will involve setting a small goal for focus before the next session.
Where will the sessions happen?
I am happy to coach by phone, Skype or face to face. I can travel to you but would then ask for a small contribution towards petrol per session.
How many sessions will I need?
I offer sessions in blocks of 6 but am open to larger or smaller groups of sessions.
How long will each session take?
The first session can be for up to an hour, but subsequent sessions are around 30-45minutes.
What happens if I decide coaching is not for me?
If you are not happy or feel coaching is not for you, please talk to me and we can discuss what you would like and I can point you in the right direction. Coaching can be terminated by mutual agreement at any time, however no refund is offered for sessions paid in advance.
How much do I charge?
I offer a free intake session and a free review session when you book a group of 6 sessions of coaching.

When can I start?
I will book in your first introductory session as soon as possible at a mutually convenient time. My preference is for week days during office hours; however I can be flexible according to your needs.
